Do you say in arabic "good heart" usually to persons you respect, or what does it mean? Or is it more or less?

good heart! no one ever say that to anyone, but when you describe somebody to someone you would say that he/she has good heart (alb 7anoon)

sure we do

he has a good heart/ she has a good heart
albo tayyeb (m)/alba tayyeb (f)

you have a good heart - albak tayyeb (m)
you have a good heart - albek taybeh (f)

or you can drop the Arabic term for heart (alb) and say tayyoub (m) / tayyoube (f)
