this is slang so it may sound weird in away :
alzhom - yummy yummy ( a boy hitting on a girl { looking at her humps} )
brateeem - bribe
zalameh - man
5allastoo - are you done ?
e5alsoony - get it done
mofeed - useful ( or it could be someone's name )
yes3do - hope god makes her happy ( with a smile on the face )

what is يسوونه means?

I guess it's a pampering name for someone
