Love song

Hi: When I was about 10(now 75+), my Lebanese uncle taught me a Lebanese love song which I am trying to determine the translation, artists that may sing it, or anything about the song. During his time in Lebanon, the language had Turkish influence due to the times.I only can describe the song phonetically as follows: " Tully men ta ah, Kun nick mish ta ah, Ben one wic noody , Zoot tully ba ah, Tully tully men ta ah." Perhaps As I remember, a lover in a window getting sung to or singing to someone. Any help out there? Thanks, Mitch

Hmmm! You are absolutely right! Havn't heard that song by anyone other than myself for 65 years. Surprised I was fairly accurate in my phonetics. Now I need to get a recording, translate. Went to metacafe.com after googling K0003 and is the singer from before 1994 Layla Mourad do you know? Thank you for your help.
