Engleza pentru "Doar o data-i Craciunul"

I just found this song on YouTube and like it very much, I'm not too clear on how some of the words translate into English however, and wonder if someone here might be willing to do that for me (and whoever else might enjoy it?), va rog? Also, is it a Christmas song that most Romanians might enjoy hearing also?
