Episode 317 The Hills

i'm looking for a song. it was on episode 317.
it was after the fight between Heidi and Spencer.
it goes something like this:

i was on lauren-conrad.net and there were all the soundtracks of every episode but i don't get it. not everything seems right. and on tv.com, too. it confuses me cuz i don't know what music is on which episode.

i have another question. a song was once on the hills. it was on the episode "Forgive and Forget". that song is also ending america's next topmodel. does anyone know it?
