Need help identifying a greek song

Just want to say that I've been looking for the name of this song and the Artist for as long as I can remember. If you can also give me the lyrics in Greek and English I'd be very grateful. I Found this website as I was searching for some Dimitris Mitropanos lyrics so thought that posting here would be a good idea.

All I can remember about the song now is that it's a Zebekiko song that is sung by a male and I only know a little part of the lyrics that goes like this:

San louloudi, San kai mena(not too sure about this second part)
----------------------
I know that people will have trouble identifying this song but I'll ask my mother or father tomorrow if they can help me out and I can give a little bit more of the lyrics.
