Unknown 80's song

This is an 80's song that drives me crazy. It's a guy singing. Its really mellow and then in true 80's style there's the awesoem guitar solo. I love it though and cant find anything about it

I found them it on a mix tape of my sisters and she has no clue either.

I'm trying to find the tape with the song on it but I am having a hard time locating it! I looked for it for hours last night to no avail. I'll keep looking though.

Eurythmics had a song about Kings & Queens in the 80s but I can't remember the name of it.

I think that ones called King and Queen of America, and the one I'm looking for is slower and its a guy singing not a girl, but thanks!
