Solved: looking for a 80's song

hello there,

i've been looking for a song.
probably mid - late 80's.


anyways. the song starts with a synth high pitch melody with some kind of wind. as for the lyrics my english was bad back then (hasn't much improved though :P)...so i just sort of remember the chorus: "when the music play..."
at some point the singer goes high pitch voice.
and globally it sounds a bit like

any clue? musically i would say it sounds a bit like
chemical brother featuring mazzy star "sleeping for a day"...but obiously with less lyrics. so far none could find it...
