Symphony that turns to Rap (Early 2000's)

I tried to help on this Thread and came up with a mystery for myself.

It starts with symphony music then a guy rapping (Dangerous, so dangerous, I'm Dangerous, so Dangerous.) That's as far as my memory goes. A little help would be nice. Thank You.

P.S. It is not anything that comes up on Google because i tried that.

I think I use to play something like this at dances a few years ago....Steady symphonic Bom Bom beat......a whistle.........

I'll check through my song lists and see if anything rings my bell.

Hmmmm....Now this one's bugging me too.

I've gone through hundreds of songs, 1999, 2000,2001 half of 2002......I'm sitting here singing along to the tune , but can't figure it out. I think instead of a whistle, there may be a siren in the beginning. Does that ring a bell ? If it does, then maybe it's a Bell...

probably a really dumb suggestion but its not

I just answered this other thread and I think it might be the one you're thinking about too. It does say dangerous a few times ........but most of the lyrics are (Scandolous) which pretty much sounds the same in a couple of year old memory.......and it's chicks instead of dudes but they have kind of low voices.
