Is squalid glass not used after it's been cleaned?
Or, is the tattered crown not good enough for her queen?
It's time she knows what she's never seen.

Although the rabbit's late you follow for yourself.
But when the piper calls,though he is felt, he's impalpable to your sight.
And the raven quotes you, no more.
For what's a petty fool's gold if it's rusted over?
A child shall see no gleam and the gold will see no smile.
When your vision's at just one degree, nothing's worth the while.

Can you see a life wane by watching the smile fall into spiteful glower?
Can you see what you can't feel?
An inner feeling with no power.
It's just your eyes but it could be more.
The raven quotes you, no more. The piper stopped his calling, for it was all in vain.
As vain as your perception on yourself.
Is the stone used for more than just an embellishment?
And is your life even worth anything more than just a meaningless existence?

You can see your cup half full, or half empty.
But be thankful you have a cup at all.

There's still something in the glass, water or wine.
If you ask me for my choice, either one is fine.
you don't have to have a golden goblet to have an amazing drink.

you just have to look past the chips.
you just have to think.
But mark my words that when you drink, be careful not to be cut.

This is really really deep! I like it alot and your so good at using...i call them all analogies but i know there is another correct word for them =). All in all i loved it and you should write alot more!
