Hi everyone, I'm new here. My name's Bex, I'm 15 and blah de blah lol.
Anyways, I'm trying to get better at songwriting - I sucked big style. I used to write a load, but they never made sense when I was younger. I've started again recently after I was told I had to for my music coursework, and I wanted to do it more often.

I have written a whole song, it's called 'Replay'. But my lyrics are at school (I think)... If I find them, I'll put them up here. But I have a couple of lines to put up here, just random, not all together.

I wanna say ‘Hello’
But you‘ve caught my breath.
I’ll try tomorrow

Simple, pretty obvious what it's about... I think.

I thought I was popular
It was from my holder
It’s strange
We haven’t talked in a while
But the rest are in exile

This is about the relationship with my friends. It's about getting a text message, thinking it's from a friend, instead being my mobile phone network. But the rest are in exile means how we rarely talk outside of school, and how I just feel I'm not included in mentionings, get togethers, etc...

Is it wrong to say goodbye without greeting them first?
Is it right to live a lie without confronting the worst?
Just hold on, you will stay strong
Just meet me in the middle... __________

Something needs to be put in that last bit lol, I don't know what yet though. I'd say this is more about contradicting yourself.



Anyways, can I please have some comments?
