Um, not really. It sounds botched up in Bulgarian. Just because the lyrics are somewhat better (though by no means anything special) than many songs of this kind, doesn't make it good. It's still chalga - that's what the genre's called in Bulgaria, and it's not a flattering name.
It's not another "I love you - You left me - I'll lay down and die" rats (thank God), that's true, but that doesn't change the fact that the song is stolen. And by stolen I mean stolen. They all are. And it's annoying.
