Help me find a song!

So there's a song constantly playing on the radio here, it has a great somewhat faded beat and there is a female voice saying...god knows what. I think she says "I've been there" then very quickly "i looove it" and then what sounds like"chubby rain" 2 or three times in a row. The words are really distorted though so it's difficult to make out. This song is soooo awesome and I've been looking for it for what seems like since the dawn of time.

Anyone?

Nope too poppy, its techno. Too many words as well. This song only repeats the same phrase like a billion times.
