Solved: The Man of Steel (Female Singer) 1980s

When I was little in the early 1980s I remember one of the first videos my family bought for the vcr (or maybe it was rented) was a music video. My parents don't remember this but I remember a song on the video about the man of steel. It was a girl singer i'm pretty sure. This has been bothering me for the past few years so can you help me out. Thanks in advance.

Thanks but that isn't the one. I'm certain it was a girl dancing around while she sang and maybe in some kind of costume. Man of steel and/or Hard as steel are the only words I remember.

Well, it isn't Magnet n Steel (Too Mellow)or the Man of Steel and I can't find the Judds song Daddy Hands,or Suprawoman but it can't be that anyway cause its too new I think. Thank you for trying atmaster.
I can almost picture like a cartoon quality (after seeing the meatloaf song) to the whole thing, but I don't know any more. I'll stop bugging you guys soon I promise.
