Yet another unknown song off an old tape

The song appears to be an early 1970's pop song.
However, I can not find it anywhere.

It is a very tricky song. The tape it was on was all 80s music. It does sound very 70s though, but may be an 80s... Dunno Thanks for looking! Hopefully it will catch someones ear.
