Wedding song - couple took ages to meet but fell in love fast

Looking for something special to back to a DVD slideshow of photos of bride and groom as they were as children, growing up etc leading up to the moment that they finally met and fell in love. So lyrics would say something like - been waiting all my life to meet you, etc etc.... type thing.
