Solved : I thought it was called "The Old Piano Man"

From the 70s But all I can find is Billy Joel and lyric search doesn't turn it up. It was a chick singing and here are the lyrics I remember (not in order)

There's a song called "The Old Piano Man" by Robert W. Thygerson but I did not find a female recording of the song.
