I can read Italian but I don't know the word carineria. Even when I look it up in the dictionary I can't find it. Is it spelled right?

Yes,"carineria" is onther way of saying "kindness",but I must say it's not used so much, it comes from "carino", which is an adjective to mean kind, nice or also good-looking
