Do you know the song played during CSI: NY?

It was a song played during the "Help" episode. About 10 1/2 minutes into the show (with commercials) Danny was looking at an mp3 player. The lyrics I caught are,

"(guy singing) I let go, will you let go of me? We both wanted it but we couldn't see. I have tried everything to find this song- Googling the lyrics, checking the CBS website and tunefind.com, using my iPhone to identify it, Yahoo Answers- EVERYTHING!!! If you know who sings it or the name of the song, I would greatly appreciate it.

This is a link to the song being played in the show. I put it here in hopes that it will help us all figure out who this is. It reminds me of Martina Topley Bird to an extent but I don't own anything of hers with this on it so I have no idea. I've tried searching for hours. I know I'm going mad like the person who started this post. The people on youtube are freaking out over it too. lol.

What is the name of the song, the video is no longer available? Looking everywhere and no luck finding that awesome song.

I doubt this is Martina Topley Bird I mean it is not her style. She is more underground and creepy in her music and that's quite an upbeat song for her. AND another thing. That is not her voice for sure

So I reuploaded the video. I hope someone with ID programs like Shazam may identify this and another song from the same episode
