Hip-hop song from 2001 with whistling...need help

Hello all,

I am in desperate search of the song title/ artist of a Southern hip-hop record from 2001 that contained a loop of catchy whistling throughout the song. The only lyrics I can recall go along the lines of "them country girls, they rock my world", followed by the whistling. I have searched high and low like never before on the Internet and have come up empty. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Incidentally, just to save everyone time, the song I'm thinking of is NOT "Whistle While You Twerk" by the Ying Yang Twins.
