    think the only lyrics are repeated in the refrain something with "Rain" or "Reign"
    its a female voice

    the atmosphere of the song is somehow sad i would say

    The song that you are probably thinking of is by Delerium titled "Flowers Become Screens "

    The pretty voice singing "Rain" in the background happens around the middle of the song, over and over so listen to the whole song.
