It is a dance/techno song, goes like "move to the music dance to the beat." It was done in the 80's or 90's. Also it was played at Gwen Stefani's pre show at her Harujuku tour, it was the last song played before she came on stage during the break. I think a girl sings it. Please help!! Thanks!
