OMG, this is a tough one! You should know Serbian culture to understand the lyrics I'll try to explain everything.

Cudna li je ovo zemlja bre
Man*, this is one strange country,
ovde se sa pesmom i radja i mre
Everything is born & dies with song
svitnim vezom vec su ovde svi
Everyone is here already, dancing**
kad vec moze svako sto ne bi i mi
Since everyone can do that, why wouldn't we too
Ref. 2x
'Ajd pod ruku samo
C'mon give your hand
pusti nek te vode***
Let them lead you
veselo je drustvo
Cheerful crowd
ustalo na noge
is on their feet
Cudni li su ovde ljudi bre
Man, are the people stange here or what
il' se puno pije, il' se ne pije
There is either too much drinking or none
svaka svadja pesmom zavrsi
Every arguement ends with a song
kad vec moze svako sto ne bi i mi
Since eveyrone can do it, why wouldn't we too
Ref. 2x
Da smo cudni, jesmo, e pa sta
Yes, we are strange, so what
bar nam zivot nije dosada
At least our life is not boring
svako zivi da se zabavi
Everyone lives to have fun
ali niko ne zna tako kao mi
But no one knows (how to have fun) like we do
EXPLANATION
*man
she doesn't say "man", word "bre" is something you can't really translate - it's there to just to emphasize the meaning on the line (in this case that the country is really strange)
**sitnim vezom literally means "delicate crochet" in Serbian language that means only one thing - dancing a national dance called "kolo" which is very fast. These words are used because you have to dance almost on your toes because you have to move fast so it looks like you legs are needles doing crochet. Plus traditional shoes are pointy To make it short - it means dancing
***ajd pod ruku samo, pusti nek' te vode - means literally what I said above. Again, this traditional dance includes people linking their arms like a chain (making a loop by putting your hand on your hip). & "leading" means that there is always one person that is leading the dance...
Here is a link to see how it looks (traditional clothes & everything).
