    Exclamation ENGLISH to SPANISH please

"Over all of Spain, the sky is clear"

that phrase is what started the Spanish civil war and i wanted to know how to translate it. the way i think is:
"Sobre todo Espana, el cielo esta claro"
i don't know how right that is cuz i used portuguese logic to translate it. so if as many people can give me a translation that would be cool cuz i know there are diffrent ways to say it. if you know how it was said during the begining of the war that would be cool too. THANK YOU!!!!!!

    your translation is ok

"Sobre toda España, el cielo está claro/limpio/despejado" ---> no clouds

I'd use the feminine to talk about Spain, but I believe, grammatically speaking, you can use both indistinctively

if you play your cards right... everything's gonna be alright
