Can you explain me verbs becaus eis very strange for me the way they are put in the senteces.

About the signs above and under the letters, it depends on where the letter is located. If the word begins with a vowel, you have a specific sign for that vowel. If the vowel is in the word, you can have a little "symbol" under it or above;

So the rule is easy, you write the vowel if the word begins with, you write what they call "symbol" if the vowel is in the word.
