Smallville song this season I think

Hello!!
Last night I was watching an eps of Smallville on Space. I haven't watched Smallville in a awhile so I think the song comes from this season, but not 100%. The eps at the end had Lana Lang absorb kryponite by Lex Luthor so if Clark ever got close to her he would get sick. She left, Green Lantern blew Lex up and there was a song playing at the montage which showed all the characters. I really liked it. Can anybody help me..
