    "do you really want to (or wanna) say (or stay)" and then it repeats, "do you really want to (or wanna) ...."

    im pretty sure she says something different than say (or stay) for the second sentence.

    i guess it's a mix. she has that country voice, and i believe she is technically a country artist.
