Solved: Title of an old song (audio sample included, some lyrics)

I'm looking for the title for an older song. Here are some of the lyrics that can be heard. I couldn't make out a few of them, which you can hear in the audio sample. -

I think the key here is to find out what the last couple words are in the chorus. When I heard the song I thought, "Everly Brothers"? But what do I know?
