Solved: Beautiful song...no idea title or artist! Twee?! Indie?! ARGH!

I have a mixed cd with this song on it but no title or artist to go with it and I cannot find it anywhere on the internets. Some of the lyrics are (not all since it can be hard to understand them hence the *something*)
I would be forever grateful if someone out there knows the title and artist of this song...it's driving me nuts!!
