Please help identify this compelling song (Latin words?)

I would love to find the name of the song embedded in this video showing rare footage of veterans of the Civil War, the Little Big Horn battle and even General Custer's wife. Some parts clearly include modern instrumentals, but for the most part, it sounds as though there are Latin vocals -- very moving when paired with the images.
