Please Help Me Identify The Artist

hello there..

im looking for the artist name who sounds like Rick Price im searching for lyrics thought really that he sang this song, but the problem is i only know a few tunes on it, the lyric goes like this with a solo acoustic guitar slow love song... the first line of the song goes like this... (" the morning sunrise , moves gently on my way..") the chorus line goes like this.... (" hold me in your arms , so hold my love, hold me in your arms...")
