This song has eluded me for years

There's a song that i cannot for the life of me find. The one lyric i remember is "It goes over and over again." and that repeats twice at least. and in the music video for it, i remember a shark, a person in a nurses outfit and some red halls. if some one could help me find it I'd have a lot off my mind. lol

If i had to guess, id say 1999-2002 or 2003.

If it helps i also remember the guy who was singing all in white and was floating.

No, thats definitely not it. lol. they guy was more of in a suit or a straight jacket. Im not sure which. but the halls were a deep red and very narrow.

Describe the song -- I have an inkling it was very popular as the lyrics sound familiar.

Kind of a Rock/Grunge sound to it, like a rougher alternative type of sound. but the single line i can remember is that one line. and when he says the line he'll switch between a softer voice and a harsher one each time.

Oh, and that shark mightve been either hanging or bleeding or both.
