    in fus7a /calssic arabic
    أنا أحبكم كما أحب نفسي

    in other accents like syrian/lebanese and others

    بحبكن مثل ما بحب حالي

    or

    بحبكم متل ما بحب حالي

    or

    بحبكو زي ما بحب نفسي


    the middle one is better than others though they all give same meaning

    or
    أنت شخص عنيف وصارم

    2- أنا مشوش -مضطرب- مرتبك
    for male

    أنا مشوشة
    أنا مضطربة
    أنا مرتبكة
    for female

    تبع - depends on the context ure using it in cuz it could be a way to show ownership and say that something belongs to someone and it can also be a way of saying that that's just a person's personality/how they are.. theres probably more and other forms.. but Id say depends on the sentence its used in

    8 pronounced as k or Q or 2 .. they are all same

    sometime with Lebanese you can find the 8 used to replace the "GH" sound

    @ najla: 8 is for q, but write it as 2 it's better as you want it in Lebanese it's like: 'fa2ed' or 'faaed' same thing... sorry for the confusion
