well, it's my wrong, cause i didn't explain it enough.
[maqadiir/magadiir] is not pl. of [qadar]. but it's pl. of [miqdaar].

so, the word is: [magadeer/magadiir] which is originally [maqadiir] due to the fact that some dialects pronounce the Q as G - and it is the plural of: [miqdaar/migdaar , dialect]

[qadar] s. ----> pl. is [aqdaar]
[miqdaar] s. ---> pl. is [maqdiir]

Concedring the meaning of miqdaar/maqadiir/magadiir:
as i told you, if we look for the word in a lexicon we'll find that the word has many many meanings and one of the meanings is Destiny.

the pure heart green heart also means young heart like plants, oh my dad

يشرب من بحر تاني يا عين
to drinks from another river (sea is refered to river in wide parts in our dialect)

Finaly:
ya boya (my father) is an expression of feeling pain in Egyptian upper Egypt Dialect ..
