Default Dance Song From Early Nineties

I have been searching for a song from around 1993/94 which uses a sample loop from James Brown 'Soul Power' as well as breathy vocals from Soul 2 Soul which goes something like this 'yeah feeling' from Back to Life. The song itself is along the lines on Black Machine 'How Gee' similar vein, similar vibe possibly Italian.

    According to Wiki...

James Brown's "Soul Power" has been heavily sampled by numerous rap artists.

"Back to Life" by Soul II Soul was sampled by rapper Tragedy Khadafi, then known as the Intelligent Hoodlum, on his song "Back to Reality". The song appeared on his debut album, Intelligent Hoodlum. "Back to Life" was also sampled by rapper Maino in his song "However Do You Want It," which was produced by J. R. Rotem.
