I'm not even sure how to describe this song, and the only lyrics (refrain) I can remember go something like:

Pronounced like "Boo" and "Lay"

boolay boolaaaaaaay
bolay boolay
boolay boolay, boolay boolay, boolay boolay

It has a classic sound to it, and I heard it at a wedding reception, you can dance to it. I'd heard it before, but I couldn't understand any of the rest of the lyrics.
