This is a tough one but it would be awesome if someone can figure this song out for me. It's driving me crazy to not be able to listen to it again.

It's a dance-like song, female singer, and a part of the lyrics is "open a new world". It sounded European, but I could be wrong. I've looked everywhere and I couldn't find the song. This is the best I can do. Sorry.
