Please Help..

My moms house got broken into and they took all her CDS and I am trying to find them again for her.. She had one that was Celitc and had a song she loved, but I have searched everywhere for information on it.. Would anyone be able to help me out.. I only have a few lyrics and they are not in order...

The above Lyrics pertain to the boy being crippled and in a wheelchair...
