surf song in the 90's

Hi, I can sort of remember the music video for this song, I can recall that there is a crocodile and someone throws a guitar of a cliff and it looks like its set on the beach in the Usa or Aus. The only part of the song I know is that the intro starts with a guitar which has an echo sound playing an Em chord.
