Summer song of 2009 kind of dance

Hello,

I just came back from Corfu and there was this song with a very catchy beat. It was sung by a female french singer and the chorus exists out of a accordeon or saxophone tune. It goes like ;

(... talking and then) la la la la la la la la la la la la la la la
the sound of it is: low high higher higher (..) and then it goes lower.

It's dance with french or belgium french singing. Pleas help me because I really want to find this song.

And some guy said that it was called heaven but I searched the whole internet and I really couldn't find it.

Maybe it's something by Kate Ryan? She's got quite a few French-language dance songs.

the only one i can think of is an old techno song called Tu Es Foutu - Ingrid, it has an accordion and a woman singing in French and at times she talks

is it this?
