Help house/trance/electonica/dance

Hi. When I lived in Miami Beach in 1997/98, I heard a song that I assume was relatively new at that time. It was a "club" song heard in mixes on the radio and at clubs. It had lyrics about either rumba or samba and also "feel the waves crashing in the ocean...or something about waves crashing...on the sand or beach...something. I assume this song was also popular in NY at the time, since that is where I moved from, and the music in Miami and NY was pretty similar (Winter Music Conference in Miami was always full of people I knew from the industry in NY)

Thank you! I found it by listening to mix CDs on Amazon from around 1998. It is Mucho Mambo but I think it's called "Sway".
