Slow Electronic Song

I'm going nuts trying to find this song. It really doesn't have a beat and it sort of sounds almost underwater and there is one part where it sounds like sonar pings. In the beginning it has some bass noises that sweep down in frequency and in other parts of the song there are higher pitched/white noise type sweeps up and down in frequency. There aren't much lyrics but it goes something like "kiss me and love me baby, touch me...". Also there is a lot of singing, just notes not words so to speak. That part reminds me of the Diva singing in Fifth Element. I know this description is very much a jumble, but if you can figure it out thanks a bunch.

Bump

The song reminds me of Persistence of Memory by High Contrast except without the Drum and Bass beat. The bass sounds in the beginning, the singing part and some of the sweeps are very similar
