I have the translation BUT its from the subtitles of the film it is from-Inner City Story. I don't speak Egyptian Arabic and the subtitles of these films are not always either 100% accurate for every word or quite get the context over. Its a fun song- because there are 3 people singing it I've set it out a bit like a play.

NB the film subtitles translate the title as Folklore. I’d translate it as meaning our music (Egyptian peoples music). The song is saying Egyptian music is the best. This makes sense with the rest of the film.
