Popular Song - Need Title/Artist

Hi everyone,

This song has been playing in a lot of the stores I've been to such as Forever 21, EXPRESS, Charlotte Russe, but I can't ever seem to catch a good line to identify the song.

The only obvious (but very little help) line that I can catch is in the Chorus. The last few words are:

Keep on Keep on Ohh Ohh

It is a female singer, very upbeat pop song, and the artist kind of sounds like Kristina Debarge.

I can't make out any of the words but the first line of the chorus is very choppy and kind of sounds like "___ can't be beat____ don't you know, ___ low... keep on ohh ohhh"

Help please?
