Need the name of a song

I remember the chorus being something like

doo doo doo doo dooo dooo,
doo doo doo doo dooo dooo,
doo doo doo doo dooo dooo doo doo

So the chorus has 3 bars of that same sound almost exactly.I have only seen the song on one of those mix cd commercials. And of course the commercial is never shown anymore. Its a pop slow song by a female vocalist with dark hair. Likely foreign. I barely remember the video. Seems like an artist you would categorize with Dido. Sorry I don't have more details, the memory is faint. I'm pretty sure it was a 90's-possibly early 2002's song. Oh yeah and the song is not Tom's Diner. A completely different and slower subdued kind of track,

Nah thats not it.Thanks though. Another thing is the chorus is about entirely "doo"s.
