well, that's a very complicated question because it's more a political than a linguistical one, the name of the artist sounds serbian but the text is at least not written in the official serbian dialect that is spoken in serbia (which mustn't mean anything)

I agree with miki But, since she is from Bosnia and by that one "j" in "pjevam sa pticama", we can conclude it's Bosnian

yeah, but if you asked the artist in what language she sings she would probably answer serbian.

I don't know what are the differences between serbian, croatian and bosnian that's why I asked (I'm not trying to offend anyone, I'm just an ignorant )
but it doesn't really matter, I love the song anyway.

It's a perfectly normal thing to ask and, as you can see, even we can't sometimes tell the difference so..
