de lo poco que soy - how unimportant I am
Se reparten mi ser - everyone wants something of me (as in people are selfish)
el medio pa lo que quiere alcanzar algun dia - the means by which to achieve goals some day
lo que daria por cambiar lo que es - what I would give to change things
