frustration ! ? -- poem i wrote!

will you ever notice?
in the corner of the room
a girl who smells of roses
in full spring bloom

she watches you with envy
there's love in her very stare
she's hoping that maybe just maybe
you'll catch sight of her standing there

but the days roll on
you spare her not a glance
by now all hope is gone
she's far from a trance

pain greets her each day
in that corner of the room
frustration, exasperation, and heartache
make way for her lovesick gloom
