Hölderlin, Hölderlin’s Traum - "Waren Wir"(1972)

Hello again. I need help with another strange *****rock Folk's song. There is a very few words and i don't know well if the text than they say at the final (after instrumental part: 1'13- 3'44) is a fragment of a Friedrich Hölderlin's poem because i haven't the original lyric, maybe you find it to translated it fot me to English.

I wasn't sure whether he says "Räume" or "Träume". Here they say it's "Räume".

but I would say Räume is more reasonable!
