There is an instrumental song that plays before almost every commercial break, online and on the regular version. It plays throughout all of season 3 and can be heard in Season 3 episode 5 when Brody and Spencer are fighting on the phone and Brody calls him a little *****. It starts up right b4 the commercial break.

Another example of it is in season 4 episode 4 right before the commercial break when Brody is telling Lauren to get rid of Audrina and to kick her out of the house.

The funny thing is, I've searched and searched and nobody ever has the answer. This instrumental bit was even featured in an episode of Life in the Fab Lane with Kimora Lee... IT IS NOT DON"T PHUNK WITH MY HEART as mtv.com says... its something else... plz plz plz help
